Risk Manager - BFSI

Education :

MBA (Finance)/CA/CAIIB/ICWA/CS or equivalent.

- Set up and implement integrated Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework at entity, process gaps, etc

- Providing independent view on FMEA analysis (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) on new product and processes.

- Set up and implement integrated Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework at entity level. Implement RCSA (Risk & Control Self-Assessment) Framework at entity level.

- Development & monitoring of KRI (Key Risk Indicators), KCI (Key Control Indicators), KPI (Key Performance Indicators).

- Mentor 1st line of defense on RCSA, KRI, Loss data related activities and reporting.

- Defining realistic & measurable risk appetites, risk tolerance levels for top corporate risks.

- Strive for enrichment of risk management policies & training material (E-learning Modules).

- Risk Awareness creation across organization to embed risk oriented culture.

- Conducting Risk prevention projects, Risk reviews in high risk prone areas.

- Preparation & Analysis of Risk Management Council and Risk Management Committee Presentations & providing independent commentaries on vulnerable areas.

- Coordinating with stakeholders for Risk Council & Committee related actionable & updates.

- Validation of process manuals, check for inherent process risks, inadequacy of controls. Identification & development of new risk management processes & practices from industry analysis and recommending the best practices implementation to the senior management with detailed analysis.

- In depth knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework and the regulatory environment pertaining to securities market.

- Demonstrate proficient critical thinking, research and quantitative skills.

- Excellent report writing skills
