Risk Management - Analytics/Technology

Our Resolutions & Protections group is in search for a leader to handle Protections side of the business. This group is part of the larger Risk Management Org. and aims in resolving fraud issues and protecting customers.

It is a newly formed group with people from Analytics background. We are looking for a multifaceted talent who has Analytics, Technology and Policy formulation background to play this role effectively. By analyzing breach transaction data, this incumbent would formulate policies for operations group ( Call center ops) and would work closely with Risk product engineering groups to enhance and build new products to mitigate future Risks.

We are in search for candidates with strong competencies in Data Analytics, Policy formulation skills and exposure to working with diverse groups like technology and customer service. Exposure to Technology (Product development life cycle on a whole and not specific languages / database skills ) and effective communication skills are mandatory while Finance or Payment Industry exposure is desirable.

Key responsibilities:

- Analyze and foresee situations/risks related to the Seller and Consumer and define the requirement

- Suggest solutions to mitigate and protect these risks; incorporate these solutions into products and tools that can be fused into e-com system by the Tech teams.

- Being the business owner, will be responsible for rolling out policies related to the above

- Guide and mentor the team of 3-4 members

Job Information:

- Senior Manager, Risk Management T 27 level

- The role is in the Resolutions and Protections domain in risk organization.

- Manage a high performance team of 2-4 individuals with diverse skill sets and be responsible for their output and development.

- Work in a Global setup and collaborate across geographies (Singapore, Europe, Shanghai, United States) and across departments (Risk, Operations, Legal, Product and Regional Business units).

- Develop a deep understanding of Risk, and develop RnP policies to improve customer experience. Be responsible for the business case, and actual rollout of the new policies.

- Be responsible for a sub-domain/area within the RnP domain, and deliver on the KPIs

- People management experience necessary.

- Background in Data Analytics, Product Management or Payments industry is a plus.

- International travel may be required, but likely to be limited to 6-8 weeks in a year.

- We expect the candidate to have 10-15 years of relevant experience.
