Job Description:  - Oraganisation has an opportunity for an actuary within the newly-formed Model Risk Management Group within Enterprise Risk Management performing independent model validations, which is an integral part of organization overall model risk management strategy.   - Candidate would be part of a team of experienced professionals that perform objective reviews and effective challenge of the conceptual soundness, modeling methodology, parameter and actuarial assumptions, model implementation, and identify limitations of models used by the Life & Retirement lines of business.  - Candidate would be required to verify that documentation requirements are met, perform statistical analysis to ensure models performance was accurately assessed, and implemented based on intended use of the model, and produce formal model review and validation documentation including an evaluation of the model’s ‘fitness for purpose’ and other model risk metrics as needed.   - Candidate would perform the independent review to provide approval of models used for valuation, pricing, and risk analysis for models built on various platforms, including MoSes, Prophet, TAS, ARCVAL, PolySystem, & Excel.  Job requirement  - Must have 6-9+ years of actuarial modeling experience and possess deep understanding of our product offerings (e.g. term life, universal life, group life, variable life, health, fixed annuity, variable annuity), and have strong math and statistical skills, practical experience developing sophisticated financial models and excellent communication skills.   - Must have strong model development skills using various actuarial models, including MoSes, Prophet, TAS, ARCVAL, PolySystem, & Excel, and have a strong understanding of the Statutory, GAAP, and Tax accounting for life insurance and retirement products.   - Must be a compliant member of the Society of Actuaries and the American Academy of Actuaries, and have an advanced degree in statistics, actuarial science, mathematics, economics, or quantitative finance.  - Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including explanation of technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, and be able to manage, coordinate and facilitate multiple initiatives in a fast paced, dynamic environment  - Must have effective interpersonal skills to form strong relationships, and be able to work effectively with a wide range of business partners within actuarial, underwriting, risk, finance, operations, technology and senior management.  - Prefer experience in extracting and manipulating datasets using relational databases (Oracle, DB2, and SQL server data)  Call ASAP for discussion +91 9899987816 else send your cv ASAP
