He would also facilitate the HR audit and the HR meetings-governance architecture.  Job Accountabilities  Delivery accountability:  Enable the HR Teams in identifying, assessing and evaluating the risks as per Reliance Management Services (RMS) Risk Methodology  Manage the GRC portal for HR Risk mitigation.  Provide project management support in implementation of HR Risk Mitigation plans  Facilitate HR Audit and help HR teams to address audit observations  Provide support in HR Governance Architecture & Calendar implementation  Implement Governance and Assurance reporting for HR Function  Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)  Integrator and influencer  Project management  Change Management  HR Functional Expertise  Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications)  Experience  3-6 years overall HR experience  Decent exposure in HR policy designing and implementation  Good experience in Governance related mechanisms like HR Audit etc.  Experience in HR systems will be an added advantage  Post graduate certificate/diploma in Human Resources  Reliance has six Values and associated behaviors which are the essential and enduring tenets underpinning all decisions and way of life at Reliance and every employee is expected to abide by them.
