This role is accountable for driving capability building for HR (HR, CS, MS) teams. This will lead HR Academy and coordinate with Leadership academy to design interventions. Job Accountabilities - Partner HR Head - HR for developing HR Capability Road Map - Identify competency required to be successful HR jobs within RIL - Ensure implementation of sustainable talent pipeline for the HR function - Development of in-House Tools for HR Talent Assessments - Work with assessment partners (YSC or similar Assessment resources to be used e.g. SHL) - Put to use other assessment tools e.g. SHL, Assessment Center, Development Center, 360 degree, templates, inventories for HR Professionals Assessments - Establish critical capability gaps and agree timeframe for closing gaps - Develop career development interventions based on the Gaps (Including Job rotation / deployment) - Design &amp; implement Career Development Plans for HR Talent Pool - Manage HR Academy and work with Leadership Academy to deliver a high quality HR learning curriculum integrated with HR excellence template Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills) - At ease with conceptualization &amp; application of various theories of Talent Management, Organization Development, Individual Capability Development, Learning Interventions, etc. - Develop Tactical Plans from HR AOP - Project or program management experience of handling large projects and conflicting priorities. - Thought leadership and partnering with/challenging HR and business leads to transform. - Knowledge of emerging markets or proven ability to flex to new environments and contexts. - Trusted individual with good self-awareness and with high integrity - High concern for confidentiality and privacy of data - Upholds transparency and meritocracy through systematic decision making and communications Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications) Essential: - Post-graduate degree/diploma in HR - 5-8 years of diverse HR Experience - 2-3 years in Learning &amp; Development or Talent Development Desirable: - 2+ years of experience within RIL in HR - 2-3 years of experience in implementing Talent Management related processes Key Interactions: Internal: - HR Heads / MBPs, Business Leaders - HR COEs External: - HR Networks
