We offer a challenging and fun work environment with a lot of opportunities for growth.   Profile/Responsibilities :   We are looking for a dynamic EIR Technology & Product who has high quality coding experience preferably on Android/Java/PHP. This is a high potential and high growth position available only to a select few. EIRs will be on a high growth trajectory within the organization and will be expected to grow into senior roles very quickly. High performing candidates could be considered for a co-founder title in future. You will work with the Founders directly and get to experience the whole business lifecycle. Being a startup, the learning will be immense.   Skills & Experience :   General Requirements :   - Self-starter with dynamic personality, seeking a professional challenge and a role with enormous growth potential   - Strong analytical skills with strong problem solving abilities   - Should be a self-starter and a good team player with a high sense of ownership   - Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail   - Extremely comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth startup environment   - Strong verbal and written communication skills   Technical Skills/Qualifications :   - Good understanding of the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)   - Strong Data Structures & Algorithms   - Full-stack development experience preferred   - Good coding experience in Core Java is preferred   - Experience working with AWS and chat applications preferred   - B.Tech. in Computer Science from Stanford/MIT/IIT/NIT/DTU/NSIT preferred   Remuneration :   Combination of cash and equity (commensurate with skills and capabilities). Cash compensation would be low initially and will grow with time and reaching at par within a year.
