You will get to work with the founder directly.   Key Responsibilities:   - Identify and close new businesses as clients and strategic partners.   - Develop and grow repeat business from existing companies.   - Manage relationships to quarterly targets.   - Work cross-functionally to articulate and develop new products that meet client needs.   - Create forecasts along with the executive team.   - Track and manage company pipeline to exceed quarterly business goals.   - Support and lead related marketing activities from time to time   - Visit clients to establish the relationship.   - Other related responsibilities as required   Qualifications :   - Self-starter with dynamic personality, seeking a professional challenge and a role with enormous growth potential.   - Good track record in developing and executing strategic sales plans through strong client relationships, resulting in consistently exceeding goals.   - Strong analytical skills, with excellent ability to share insights that drive results and customer value.   - Team player with good interpersonal skills.   - Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.   - Extremely comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.   - Creative and analytical thinker; fast learner.   - Proficient in English and Hindi languages.   - Self-owned vehicle required.   Application:   Please include current CTC, notice period and vehicle ownership status in your application to be considered.
