MANAGER- REWARDS
Urgently looking for REWARDS MANAGER for a leading consulting firm based at Dubai.
JOB RESPONSIBLITY:
- Manage and maintain different programs to get the different rewards program in place
- Ensure internal equity of the different programs by designing, implementing, executing and monitoring the grading and rewards structure
- Monitor the re-badging process with regards to rewards
- Ensure the external equity of the different programs by benchmarking with relevant peer group employees
- Manage implement performance management policy and system
- Design and update the rewards and grading policy and ensure that it is aligned with HR and Business Strategy and objectives
- Build employee capabilities regarding employee value proposition by keeping them informed via different media
- Support the Head of Rewards in the design and development of the total rewards plan
- Support the annual merit increase and bonus cycle and manage elements of the performance management cycle
- Manage reward processes
- Facilitate creation of organisational wide reward strategies that drive required behaviours across.
- Ensure organisational wide compliance to reward policies, particularly around salary and bonus
Eligibilty:
- Minimum 3 years of expereince in Rewards with 5 years of minimum experience.
- MBA from premier B-Schools only.
