Reverie - Financial Controller - CA

Position: Financial Controller

Qualification: Must be CA qualified professional

Experience: 5-7 years of Post qualification experience

Location: Bangalore.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for day to day operations

- Ensuring Corporate laws, Tax and Labour law compliances

- Responsible for Finance & Accounts, MIS, finalization of Accounts, financial planning and analysis.

- Responsible for Cash Flow Management

- Responsible for Corporate finance, Due diligence, M&A.

- Management of Funds & treasury

- Preparing periodic/Annual budgets and exercising Budgetary Control through regular appraisals of actual performance vs. Budgeted, analysing variance and taking corrective action in case of negative variance

- Act as a member of the company's top management team and provide strategic inputs, from a finance function perspective, on important business commercial decisions

- Should not only have finance function expertise, should also have the ability to advise the CEO and top management on financial aspects of business matters

Experience and Skills Required:

- Minimum 5-7 years- relevant experience post CA

- Ability to work in Teams

- Ability to work in dynamic environment

- Self-starter & ability to take initiative

- Experience in setting up and managing a finance function
