Position: Retail Marketing Manager-South & West

Location: Bangalore

Exp: 8-13 Years

Education: MBA

Desired Profile:

1. Good knowledge of retail and channel dynamics

2. Must have conceptualized and executed retail & consumer marketing programs

3. Must have run marketing programs with large retail chains and engaged with them at senior management level

4. Expertise in retail branding, sales person training and in store demonstrator programs

5. Must have experience in running trade loyalty programs

6. Must have managed marcom and marketing services agencies and driven marketing programs

Job Description:

1. Manage retail marketing charter in in South and West

2. Create a strong brand visibility at point of sale in key retail counters

3. Generate a strong affinity with store managers and brand advocacy among Retail Sales Persons for sell up and increase ASP.

4. Manage Large Format Retail accounts, plan and execute quarterly marketing programs for increasing share and ASP.

5. Manage top regional retail accounts and enable sales out with a healthy mix through focused marketing programs

6. Expand brand presence to tier 4 and 5 cities, increase salience, advocacy and demand

7. Execute retail marketing programs targeting the end-users to generate demand and increase share in south and west

8. Conceptualize and execute channel rewards program to support the revenue goals.
