( Cybercity)  Currently we are looking for candidates who have 3+years of experience in Reserving Actuary in Non Life.  Good knowledge of Tools like Reserving - ResQ, SAS  Candidate should have cleared 7-8 papers  WHAT THE JOB IS LIKE-   To process and reconcile complex data structures, conduct analysis for low to high risk projects, prepare project reports, start taking responsibility of project management and stakeholder management of low risk projects with the objective of delivering highest quality projects to clients as per project objectives, RSA project management and visual standards.  Scoping & Planning: Understand project planning requirements through discussions with clients and internal team. Prepare scope and plan document for low and medium risk projects. For medium risk projects seek review from Project Manager (PM). For high risk projects prepare a draft plan for finalization by PM  Project Training: Train / Guide junior team members on training required for projects. Study past projects / self train for high risk projects and projects requiring new techniques  Data Management: Guide team on complex data structure processing, Review processed data and validate assumptions and processes used by team. Explain impact of assumptions and methodology used for data processing and seek validation from clients prior to proceeding to next steps  Analysis & Modelling: Conduct analysis for complex and high risk projects. Review and validate team's analysis methodologies, results and outcome to ensure accuracy and appropriateness. Continuously explore new techniques and methods to improve standards of analysis  Meetings & Discussions: Lead client meetings to present project findings and respond to client queries, Share updates with project team on outcomes and next steps, Keep clients informed and updated  Peer Review: Conduct independent peer review for medium risk projects as per best practices of RSA  Reporting & Documentation: Prepare client report / presentation of final delivery / results for low to medium risk projects as per company visual standards. Review the reports/documents prepared by Junior Team Member/s  FUNCTIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED:  For all roles - strong knowledge of Excel including scenario testing and data table to be able to use advanced Excel functions like Statistical functions, understand / create complex pivots, train others and get Excel to 'talk' to other applications. Strong knowledge of Access including table relationships to be able to resolve advanced SQL queries. strong knowledge of PowerPoint to be able to storyboard presentations and work with Templates, Masters & Custom Layouts, Applying & Creating Custom Themes.  For Reserving - Strong knowledge of ResQ to be able to interpret and select tail-fitting function and use ResQ Excel add-in to create spreadsheets with live ResQ links.
