Reserving Actuary Professional - Non Life Insurance

Hiring for a UK's leading P&C provider for Gurgaon location. ( Cybercity)

Currently we are looking for candidates who have 3+years of experience in Reserving Actuary in Non Life.

Good knowledge of Tools like Reserving - ResQ, SAS

Candidate should have cleared 7-8 papers

WHAT THE JOB IS LIKE-

RESERVING ROLE - A key member of the Organisation Reserving Team based in India. Responsibilities will be wide ranging and will cover areas such as Group reserve reviews, regional reserving support to the businesses, Solvency II technical provisions at Organisation and regional level, liaising with reserving actuaries throughout the Group, reserving data and database preparation and making improvement to reserving analyses and processes.

REQUIREMENTS -

- Actuarial professionals (preferably with all CT exams) with bachelors or masters degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or equivalent, possessing excellent communication and analytical skills.

- People with general insurance experience of 3-6 years and a strong foundation in Reserving techniques, proficient in MS Office.

- Knowledge of ResQ with an understanding of developed markets preferred.

THE CHALLENGE -

You will be expected to take ownership and demonstrate an ability to identify and develop appropriate solutions to complex actuarial problems. You will also have the responsibility to manage and mentor junior team members.
