- Recruit, train & Manage a team of high performance researchers.

- Managing the researcher mandate work load.

- Knowledge Management - Ownership of Knowledge Mgmt Tool.

- Ownership for Data Depository Activity.

- Quality Assurance.

- Will handle a team of researchers.

- Client acquisition and Client relationship management.

- Looking out for people only from leading executive search firms or KPOs.

- Team handling experience is a must.

- Should have Exposure in handling CxO level searches.
