Create and grow a Research and Competitive Intelligence Unit  - Research on specific areas that are impacting banking technology and understand their implications for Maveric as a quality assurance organization. Examples of topics include Digital Banking, Payments, User Experience, Branch Modernization, Customer Profitability etc.   - Define, gather, analyze, and distribute intelligence about products,, competitors, and any aspect of the environment needed to support the sales and solutions team to make strategic decisions for Maveric.  - Account Based Research for supporting sales team  Strategize and program management specific initiatives  - Initiatives which are aimed at creating go to market solutions using existing capabilities and assets of the organization. This would involve putting a strategy of what needs to be done, identifying the right team and talent who can make it possible, plan the execution and timelines around deliverable and ensure experts from different group work in a cohesive manner to achieve the end objectives.   Marketing   - Conceptualize and Drive marketing initiatives with the corporate marketing team in specific markets - US, UK, Benelux and Nordics. Coordinate with marketing team on campaigns, events, collateral etc. Drive the interactions with Analysts to improve Maveric coverage with industry and technology analysts.  Manage Sales operations  - Own the accounting, tracking and reporting aspects of sales team.
