Position : Research Analyst  Work Experience :   - 2-3 years of relevant experience in Infrastructure Domain  Job Responsibilities:   - Responsible for end-to-end execution of infrastructure advisory assignments including client interaction and management, execution and delivery of assignment deliverables, feasibility assessment - technical, financial, economic & legal assessment, bid process management, commercial close and financial close negotiations with the developers selected for PPP projects.  - Working with other clients including Municipal Corporations, State Governments and Central Government of India and 3-4 other countries on PPP Project Advisory.  - Evaluating the Technical, Economic, Legal and the Financial Feasibility of Projects (including exercises like Value for Money Analysis).  - Preparing Financial Models, Technical and Financial Feasibility Reports, Pre - Bid Documents, RFQ and RFP; Structuring Concession Agreements.
