Job description:   - Independently manage a module/part of a project (research or consulting assignment) individually or with a small team   - Understand the project/ client objective, and conduct comprehensive and effective research using both secondary and primary (interview, FGDs, surveys) to offer relevant actionable solutions  - Conduct detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis (ranging from simple to complex)  - Actively carry out complex market/ company assessments, consumer insight studies, demand/ supply estimates, benchmarking studies, review/ create analytical frameworks etc.  - Responsible for business analysis/financial analysis/macro and micro analysis/due diligence   - Interact with internal and external subject matter experts on all sector developments and threats/ opportunities they pose to build a deeper understanding. Build industry focused relationship and networks of key contacts   - Facilitate brainstorming sessions with project teams and provide strong leverage to the Project Lead in creating approach and work plan  - Take complete ownership of delivery, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction   - Prepare client ready presentations/ reports (ppt and word) in a structured, timely and comprehensive manner   Qualifications: Post-graduation (MBA, PGDBM, Masters in Aviation management etc.)   Required Experience & Skills:   - 4+ years of superlative experience in Consulting/ Business/ Investment research   - Good communication, writing and presentation skills   - Zeal to learn and lead initiatives   - Excellent data analysis and number crunching abilities  - Proven Analytical skills, Self-starter attitude   - Advanced level proficiency in MS-Excel, Word, & PPT (MS Office suite)   Salary and benefits combined, superior to industry standards with an excellent career building opportunity rather than just another job.  Interested candidates may please apply with CTC and Notice Period details.
