In addition to performing research and analysis, he/she will be deployed frequently to support and facilitate both functional and cross-functional planning needs, including advising senior executives and business partners facilitating greater efficiency in the business ecosystem  Specific Responsibilities would include :  - Undertaking research into the industry sector, markets and competitors,collecting, analysing and interpreting data and statistics  - Compiling and presenting information verbally, visually and in writing  - Plan, coordinate and ensure the CEOs schedule is followed and respected  - Work closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, follow up appropriately  - Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO: manage an extremely active calendar of appointments, compose and prepare correspondence that is sometimes confidential  - Build strong relations and develop them further across CEOs network  - Coordination with the all the core management folks with the firm  - Maintain availability according to CEOs schedule and parallel working hours and efforts  - Maintain CEOs banking, financial and investing activities  - Maintain and track all of CEOs personal and work documentation including tracking & archiving  - Assist the consulting team on identifying valuation loopholes and leakages  - Assist the team on formulating viable value creation strategy that will help company grow to the next level  - Assist partners with business development activities and proposal drafting  - Assist partners across different verticals to achieve greater efficiency in every department  - Able to envision greater heights for the company  Desired Candidate Profile :  - Candidate to be a MBA graduate   - Superior time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi task  - Positive, adaptable and flexible approach to work  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills  - Ability to work under pressure, be resilient and meet tight deadlines  - Display a high level of professionalism and understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality  - Active interest in current affairs   - Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook skills is a must  Salary Range: 6 - 9 LPA
