Job Description:  Initiate partnerships with corporates and actively manage existing relationships, being their P.O.C. for Rentomojo.  Generate leads through internal & external references, cold calls, and meet corporates/customers to understand about their furnishings requirements and push for our rental solutions.  Generate business from corporate channel through events, BTL activities and also source leads from the open market resulting to conversions.  Maintaining a strong relationship with corporates and helping them to close the deals with Rentomojo.  Frequently involved in society activation, builder activation, corporate tie ups etc.  Individual should be able to connect, communicate and build rapport with corporates to have tie ups.  Proactively develop new and existing corporate relationships and strategic alliances through partner referrals.  Ensure the relationships are mutually beneficial, continuing to progress and are producing reciprocal referrals.  In partnership with the Inside Sales and Marketing Teams, foster lead nurture programs that will create greater momentum through the sales process.  Initiating a formal partner referral program a plus.   Skills Required :   - 2-3 years of professional experience in Corporate Sales/Business Development role. B2B sales a plus  - Highly effective communication, presentation and research skills; comfortable speaking to company decision makers and C-Level executives  - Knowledge of the overall business including a broad market understanding and strong grasp of prospects- and customers- business models and business needs  - Identifies builds and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally  - Be able to identify opportunities and recommend/influence for change to increase effectiveness and success on campaigns  - Fully competent in Customer Relationship Management systems  - Demonstrated assertive and outgoing personality  - Possess a polished and professional image  - Passionate about building and maintaining strategic relationships  - Looking for male candidates from Pune only.  Salary Range: 6 - 8 LPA
