Supporting the Strategic Partnerships team in, developing and implementing the partnerships - To manage the implementation of initiatives or campaigns with identified partners and stakeholders in conjunction with the Ops and Marketing teams - To coordinate the day to day account operations of partners and stakeholders - Support the Strategic Partnerships Development team in keeping a Track of partner performance. - To retain partners won by the Strategic Partnerships Development Team and identify opportunities to stretch these partnerships - To liaise with the Creative, Content and Operations team to operationalize the campaign to make it live. - To carry out regular and robust monitoring partnership activation plans to ensure opportunities are identified and maximized. - Support the BD&amp;P team with the delivery of the events portfolio (internal &amp; external events) - Administrative support to the team as required (10% of time) Key Job Responsibilities : - Handling New Customer Acquisition Product end to end - Business Expansion by getting new partners and brands on board - Leveraging Capillary internal brand network and planning strategic adhoc campaigns - Managing relationships across the Alliances and Brands - Tracking and Analyzing campaign performance. - Exploring New Business Opportunities. - Managing Experiential Reward Program end to end Candidate Requirements : - A self-starter and results-oriented, with an ability to be detail oriented without losing track of the big picture - Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate complexity into creative, intuitive campaigns - Understanding of Partnership and ATL marketing campaigns. - Should have convincing, Sales, problem solving skills.
