Team Member - Learning & Development
- Manage the Learning & Development function for the Circle
- Manage the Engagement activities of the Circle
- Formulate Annual and Monthly Training calendar/plan for the location in collaboration with the National L&D Planning and Delivery
- Draw training plans, manage training budgets, design and produce training materials
- Identify training and development needs within Circle through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers
- Manage Circle level OD initiatives
