Reliance Communications - DGM/GM - Facilities

Accountable for delivering high quality support services within agreed SLAs for:

- Office Facilities

- F&B facilities

- Guest Houses, Company Accommodation

- Travel services

- Health & Medical Facilities

- Accountable for ensuring high quality housekeeping and maintenance including electrical, mechanical etc) of the Corporate Office and all other offices and facilities.(including but not limited to MCNs, CMPs, Guest houses, Company leased accommodation across the country)

- To optimize costs and the other resources so as to manage the Internal support Services within and lower than the approved budget.

- To lay down Process, Policies, Guidelines, Design & Product standards, layout standards, roles responsibilities, activities and escalation matrices of the internal support Services

- Lay down process of Audit to assure that the services are of high quality, responsive and fully optimized.

- Accountable for managing relation with all related external agencies (including but not limited to local administration and police authorities, statutory bodies etc)

- Accountable to completion of projects within timelines & cost (including but not limited to Real Estate, office development, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical reconstruction & renovation etc.)

- Ensure certification, compliances, permits, clearance from all statutory authorities & administration authorities, societies etc. are upto date & current for all properties whether owned or leased.

- To ensure development of successors and team, leading to an engaged, productive and happy work force.

Electrical engg/Facility experience, local person with at the least 12 years experience in managing campus environment with automation. customer centric and ability to lead.
