Position : Deputy Manager/Manager- Product  Grade : IL-4  Location : Mumbai- Santacruz Corporate office  Reporting to : Chief Manager- Product  - Liaison with Client for logging renewal & adhoc cases, query resolution, increase utilization, issue resolution in indents, PDD follow up, any other query resolution  - Ensure processing of indents & Margin Limits   - Ensure login & approval of renewal & adhoc cases within timelines.   - Portfolio monitoring including overdue follow-ups & SOT clearance   - Work closely with credit & sales team for ensuring the aforementioned  - MIS generation for manufacturers   Key Performance Indicators :   - Renewal logins within limit expiry  - End to End TAT for renewal & adhoc cases  - Indent   - Utilization   - Overdues within pre-agreed limit  - MIS generation  Internal : All Functions  External : Customers, Manufacturers & Stock Auditors  Experience : 6-8 years  Formal Qualifications :   Graduate (B Com)/Post Graduate  Operational background preferred with good knowledge of financials & inventory funding vertical
