We are looking for a marketing manager to work on our "Intern App" Platform - http://intern.releasemyad.com . The platform enables college students to do a virtual marketing internship through an app while helping our clients advertise their brands on college campuses across the country. Using this platform, both local businesses & large corporates can advertise their products across colleges to students as well as others in the education sector. Imagine PAYTM wanting to promote their brand across 80 colleges via the students using campus ambassadors.   What we need you to:  - Ideating strategies for onboarding college students to create new promotional opportunities as well as building their own resume.   - Managing Assignments across college students, to develop their skills via the virtual internship  - Development, execution and management of advertisement campaigns executed within college campuses.   - Bringing about necessary improvements to the product & solution in accordance with customer feedback.   Qualifications required:  - Excellent communication skills and with a strong command over Hindi & English.   - Has completed a Bachelor's or Master's program, in any department   - Good organizational skills.   - Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic   - An aptitude and knack for innovation.   - A passion for and keen experience in marketing.   Your Experience should include:  - Avid participation in fests   - Participation in most college activities   - Members of clubs/societies in college  Salary offered: 6 - 12 LPA
