About the role  Key Deliverables of the Role:   - The key deliverable for the organization this year is increased AUM’s and New To Organisation clients (NTO)  - Hence the key objective of the Relationship Manager would be to acquire qualified NTO’s with minimum wallet share of 25L which should deepen to 1 – 3 cr plus over the year  - Another key objective of the Relationship Manager would be to deepen existing relationships  - Formulate plans to acquire new HNI customers for increasing customer base of the portfolio.  - Providing seamless and superior service delivery  - Ensuring compliance with key regulatory requirements   Desired Candidate Profile:  - Experience of acquiring HNI client relationships and deepening AUM with existing clients as a part of Wealth management division of banks/boutique wealth management firm, NBFC firms  - Must be an individual revenue writer in current role; must have prior experience in generating leads and acquiring business from HNIs - should have strong relationships with most of his HNI clients for a minimum period of 2 years  - Should be handling clients with ticket size of INR 1 to 3 cr  - Should be managing a current book size / AUM of atleast 150 cr.   Enablers to the role:  - Acquisition enabler – Telecalling unit provides qualified meetings   - Service enabler – Service Manager is responsible for delivering client service excellence and is One-point-contact for all client feedback & queries.  Arpita Bhattacharya RGF Select India
