Location: Delhi
Job Responsibilities:
- Management of Commercial/ Trade & Current Account relationships in business banking segment
- To acquire New Trade Finance and Forex clients
- Activation of existing clients to start their trade and Forex transactions
- Focused approach towards achievement of respective income and acquisition plan
- Acquisition of Corporate customers for Forex and Trade Services
- Achieving revenue targets by selling various products (for e.g.: CA / CMS / Trade Finance / Business Banking / General Insurance / SB / FD / Business Credit Cards / Prepaid Cards / other banking or third party products etc)
- To conduct regular branch and client visits and resolve customer queries
- Retention of existing clients and enhancement of Trade/Forex business
- Income and scorecard achievement
Key Skills:
- Ability to conceptualize, plan and implement customer acquisition and service strategies
- Good communication skills - verbal and written
- Ability to build and maintain relationship with clients to ensure customer retention
