Key Role Responsibilities
- End to End - Client Relationship Management - advising as per risk profile of the client.
- Cold calling and acquiring new clients and creating his/her own pipeline of clients
- Should have knowledge of all capital market products for HNI's, with a proven capability of working with the clients to service their needs related to these products.
- Will work within the boundaries of our business model using expertise of the product group and complying with requirements and processes in place for Private Wealth Team.
- Great ideation skills to structure deals as per client needs.
Criteria:
Individual role/Target and not a team role.
This is client acquisition and advisory role.
Candidate should be a stable candidate and not too many changes in his CV
He has to bring his own book and convert client on Ambit board (Ambit may help in start for sometime).
Last 3 years performance rating
Last years Revenue (Minimum 2 to 3 X)
How many no. of clients he has. We are catering to HNI & Ultra HNI Clients. How many HNI & Ultra HNI clients he has.
How many are active clients.
Whats the AUM.

- He will also get lead from internal cross business team by networking with them.
