Position: Relationship Manager - Payment Solutions

Grade: Manager

Location: Mumbai

Job Details:

- Payment Solutions that includes all types of Plastic based payments like Rupee prepaid cards, Forex prepaid cards & Corporate Cards which enables a cost effective expense management for Corporates.

- Going to Manage various card programs under Payment Solutions: Gift Cards, PayDirect Cards, Semi Closed Cards, Meal Cards, Corporate Cards and Expense Management Programs.

- Going to manage a mapped set of corporate portfolio that are already availing services of the Bank in Card based Payment Solution Domain, catering to their all service requirement & enhancing their existing relationship value (ERV).

- Identifying & meeting new corporates to cater to their incentive/expense disbursal on rupee prepaid cards which is either for their own employees or business associates.

- Performing the first level screening & analyzing the financials submitted by corporate to check for the qualifying criteria for unsecured lending on Corporate Cards.

- Scoping for & enabling the acquisition of Corporates for their foreign currency requirements on Pre paid Forex Cards through their empanelment with the Bank's partner viz. Fully Fledged Money Changers (FFMC).

- Initiating a corporate relationship with any of the above mentioned products, activating, recognizing and continuously monitoring them for another prospective products and services.

- Managing and servicing relationship value of INR 200 Cr (including spends value of the mapped portfolio).

- Profitability brought across in multiple facets like Fee income, merchant fee, spends, Interest & exchange margin.

- Going to source business from big corporate houses in different sectors like FMCG, Consumer Electronics,
Insurance & NBFCs on multiple expense management programmes.

Job requirement:

- Candidate should be a post graduate from Tier 1 / Tier 2 B-school.

- Should have an experience of 1-5 years in the any of the industry

- Ability to advise and handle relationships of top end clients
