Relationship Manager - Corporate Realty Funding - Bank

We're looking for a Relationship Manager (Construction Realty Funding Group) with one of the biggest private sector bank of the country to be based of Hyderabad. They're looking for people who have atleast basic understanding of real estate valuations or funding.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

- Syndication of debt for consortium lending opportunities

- Sell down of existing debt exposures

- Partnering the developer to introduce a co-developer, Project Manager for their projects

- Advising developers on asset sales

- Advising developers on strategic and operating project partnerships

- Maintain internal relationships with various key stakeholders like relationship managers, zonal heads, credit managers and the product team

- Develop and maintain external relationships with various key stakeholders like financial institutions, financers and real estate developers

- Ensure Compliance to Internal & External Guidelines

- Enhance corporate relations and seek referrals for generation of incremental business

Skills and Competencies:

- Experience in managing key accounts

- Knowledge of compliance of the bank

- Ability to communicate & convince senior management of developers

- Eye for detail
