Department: Composite Banking Solutions(CBS)   Reporting Relationship: Senior Relationship Manager/Location Manager   Composite Banking Solutions (CBS) is part of Corporate Banking group under Corporate Institutional & investment banking (CIIB) division. CBS is a team which offers tailor-made solutions to corporates who requires domestic or cross-border transaction banking solutions, thereby enhancing the current account balances of the bank and generating revenue through fee income.  Job Role:  Relationship Manager in Composite Banking Solutions (CBS) team  As an RM CBS the candidate is required to acquire and manage corporates in the transaction banking business in order to enhance current account balances and generate revenue through fee income such as Trade, FOREX, CMS and CIP.  - To acquire new corporates offering transaction banking products, such as, TRADE, FOREX, CMS  - To build a strong and robust customer base to increase the balances and earn revenue by providing them high standards of service on an ongoing basis  - To maintain a strong relationship with the acquired customers in order to facilitate day-to-day transactions  - To have knowledge on basic banking and products such as TRADE, FOREX, CMS, to seamlessly manage customer queries  - To have an understanding of industry segments/clusters for reaching out to targeted corporate customers  - To be constantly abreast of general economic and market indicators  Job Requirements:  - Should have 4-8 yrs. of sales exp. preferably on the corporate liabilities side.  - Go getter attitude  - Should be a Postgraduate or MBA  - Ability to Influence and build a relationship.  - Analytical and financial skills.  - Strong verbal and written communication skills  - Eye For detail  Salary offered: 6 - 12 LPA
