Job Purpose :   - The purpose of the job is to generate business and meet the allocated sales & collection target within the defined framework & processes. Ensure not only achieving the business target but also developing relationships and to make sure there is a consistent growth in the business Quarter on Quarter maintaining the product portfolio  Principal Accountabilities :   - Ensure achievement of the business target as per the business plan for the cluster  - Acquisition of new customer /clients by adopting go-to-market strategy  - Proper market segmentation, Territory understanding, analysis & mapping  - Collections Efficiency  - Ensuring collections efficiency  - Compliance to the pre defined IRR.  - Maintain and build relationship with dealers, existing customers and new customers  - Conduct regular visit to the dealers   - Be in touch with the regular customer to figure out their future needs  - Conduct meet for the customers   - Communicate about the new product launch and product enhancement  - Ensure compliance and quality for the business done   - Ensure process and documentation compliance  - Do proper field investigation, file preparation, credit approval, agreement execution  - Maintain pre defined PDA, EDA and NS   - Implement pre defined FTR percentage.  - Build competence to meet future requirement   - Attend the identified functional and behavioral training   - Do available online certification courses  Relevant and total years of Experience :   - Total Experience of 1 to 5 years  Salary Range: 7-8 LPA
