Regulatory Compliance Professional - SEBI & RBI - NBFC

1. JOB PURPOSE

- Handling Regulatory Inspections for all the entities( RBI and NHB)

- Develop good understanding of the Retail, Wholesale and Real Estate Business

- Answering queries raised by Business in terms of new product launches, restructuring etc.

- Ensuring Compliance with all the regulatory provisions by all the entities under LTFS

- Updation of Policies

JOB PURPOSE

- To act as a Compliance officer for Mutual Fund

- To ensure compliance with the applicable rules/ regulations including SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations, and handle regulatory inspections/ scrutiny.

- To assist business teams in new launches of MF schemes and ensuring compliance with SEBI listing regulations

- To oversee Compliance function for Merchant Banking (MB) and Infra Investment Partners
