About our Client - Our Client is one of the global leaders in Premium Spirits Category with a portfolio of blockbuster brands in all the categories of spirits. It commands a very high share for its brands both in India and globally and is one of the most preferred organizations in terms of growth aspects and work culture. To fuel its growth further, they are looking to recruit Regional Trade Marketing Manager based out of their office in Bangalore
Job Description - Reporting into the Marketing Controller for India, you will be responsible for:
- Providing adequate visibility for company brands in the market place and increasing brand penetration
- Providing hands-on field intelligence and feedback to the sales and marketing teams
- Launching promotional campaigns and running trade/customer activations
- Increasing incremental sales w.r.t. targeted promotional campaigns
- Establishing and maintaining healthy and influential relationships within teams and with key accounts and stakeholders
- Planning of short and long term strategies
The Successful Candidate:
- You will have at least 5 years of core trade marketing experience in a good FMCG/Liquor based organization and possess commendable analytical and execution skills. In addition to this, prior experience in South market will be preferred.
- The client is looking for someone who has excellent acumen, good networking and convincing skills, has worked cross functionally and has admirable presentation and communication skills.
