JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Overall sales team capability building with direct focus on hard skill development (PSR, BDE, ASM, KAM, RSM etc.)
- Working with HR/ Agencies / Key accounts team / field sales team – for accurate gap analysis.
- Working with HR/ Agencies / Marketing team members for content development.
- Delivering training programs on his/her own.
- Organize all infrastructures for the training program.
- Network to get the relevant SME to deliver programs.
- Responsible for preparing and executing training calendar and budgets.
