Attractive Salary!   JD - RSM - Retail (West Region) For Stainless Steel business  Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators)  - Sales  - Channel Management  - Network Expansion  - Manpower Management  - Drive ATL/BTL Activities.  Critical Tasks  - SALES  Co-ordinate with Territory Incharge for Annual & Monthly Sales Target Planning and execution.  Initiate & co-ordinate sales proposals to facilitate sales target achievement  Manage channel partner relationship through all phases of the sales cycle  Ensure timely Receivables Collection  Ensure C-Form & other Statutory Form collection  Plan & execute action plan for warehouse old stock liquidation  Ensure robust complaint management & grievance redressal  Liaison with different government departments for approvals etc.  Provide Market intelligence inputs on competitor marketing activities, Pricing trends, market demand etc.  Facilitate Sales Audit  - CHANNEL MANAGEMENT  Propose plan for product portfolio expansion & network expansion for both Distributor and Retailer Level  Address training and development needs of Shoppes and their DSR.  Facilitate Shoppe appointment & termination process  Analyze & propose need for marketing activities for the territory.  Provide support for rollout of ATL, BTL, retailer engagement and influencer engagement  Monitor distributor performance  Oversee distributor performance audits and distributor engagement in coordination with TIs .  Identify development needs and Client support required to build distributor and retailer capabilities.  Coordinate with the TIs/DSRs to drive retailer engagement and influencer engagement programmes in the region.  - CHANNEL HYGIENE   Escalate customer complaints against channel partners and oversee their resolution in coordination with the HO i.e. robust complaint management and grievance redressal.  Monitor price control within the region through TI/DSR checklists.  Ensure clear communication and adherence to pricing and promotions among channel partners  Oversee distributor monitoring to ensure supply integrity within region  Monitor OTIF delivery of orders in the channel  Monitor inventory management at retailers in coordination with TIs/DSRs for accurate secondary sales estimation  Monitor timely settlement of credit notes, payments and on-time claims  Periodically review and realign the existing processes and procedures to achieve the best results for Clients branded retail sales and maintain competitive advantage  - NETWORK EXPANSION  Facilitate due diligence process for new channel partner selection  Monitor New Shoppe rollout  Oversee new channel partner selection and rollouts in the region. Define and align standard operating processes and procedures for the same  - MANPOWER MANAGEMENT  Provide support & motivation to Territory In charge  Facilitate performance appraisal process  Identify & ensure adequate manpower resource availability
