Regional Sales Manager (10-14 yrs)  They are a leading player in the production and supply of ophthalmic surgical and eye care products that address a wide range of eye disorders for India and overseas.  - Positions are for State Head-Karnataka, Region Head -Mumbai and Region Head -Rest of Maharashtra  - Achieve the set sales targets of the assigned territory / brands   - Manage and adjust sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each head quarter.  - Prepare quarterly / annual sales budget & plan for the sales team.  - Recruitment the right talent and retain the sales force.  - On job training/mentoring and development of internal talent for internal growth options.  - Evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase the regions sales volume.  - Attend all local conferences for territory & sales review meetings.  - Ensure proper and efficient communication with all the subordinates and respond to queries from field and supervisor in a prompt manner.  - Keep the Zonal Sales Manager updated on important issues and developments in the market.   - Focus on sales of strategic products and achieve sales targets and bring profitability of the organization.   - A minimum of 10 years sales experience with strong experience in Ophthalmic surgical sales is desired. Must have experience in leading and motivating a small team of high calibre sales force.
