We need a regional Sales Manager responsible for feet on street sales
This position is Responsible for
- Overall coordination, the functional management and leadership of all of the Sales activities of the business
- Establish both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Company's business plan.
- Provide an annual Sales Plan and providing quarterly updates, revisions and modifications to the Plan.
- Coordinate the specific objectives of the Sales Plan with all of the functional departments of the company and,- most specifically with Finance
Skills
- Must Have strong team building & team management ability, leadership ability and persuasive communication skills to inspire the team
- Must be process oriented, IT savvy & proficient in the use Microsoft Office/ Open Office Tools
- Basic understanding of concept selling and in depth understanding of direct selling
- Experience in Managing a large sales team
Qualification:
MBA or equivalent masters degree from reputed institution
