Requirement  Regional Sales Manager for Western India comprising of 5 states for Motor Insurance Business. Preferable candidate would be a Regional/Zonal Manager in Auto Loans Business or in Motor Insurance Business managing Auto Dealer Channels.   Key Objective of the Job  Driving Retail Motor Insurance Business through Auto Dealers Channel  Major Deliverables  - Responsible for revenue and profit targets of the business   - Responsible for managing key channels & partners   - Well versed with product/process & policies   - Acquisition of new channel partners & Deepening existing channel relationships   - Giving better service (Overall TAT) to the dealers  - Drive & Build the existing Team of Respective State Area Managers for achieving goals  - Build FOS under Area Managers, achieve & improve on benchmark sales productivity   Specialized job competencies :   - Should be well versed with passenger vehicle & or commercial vehicles business  - Should have worked in Auto Loans Business & have had handled dealer relationships for atleast 3-4 years  or   - Should have worked in General Insurance & held responsibility Sales in Auto Dealer Channel business for min 4 years  - Should have managed a team of Sales Managers within a city or a Zone/Region for atleast 3-4 years  Educational Qualification : MBA / CA
