Qualification : Any Graduate

Reporting to : GM- Sales

Experience : Min 12 yrs. Max 25 yrs

Roles & Responsibilities :

Job Description :

- To lead the entire gamut of tasks involved in sales & marketing of west region (which includes 5 states Maharashtra, Goa. Gujarat and MP&CG)

- Managing complete business operations with accountability for profitability; forecasting monthly / annual sales targets & executing them in given time frame by organizational planning.

- Managing Area/ State Managers and sales team members and sales & Marketing coordinators.

- Responsible for handling dealer distributor's network.

- Deliver volume growth and manage distribution through the channels and appointment of new channels in untapped market.

- Handling the Market Promotion Activities in entire territory through Channel distribution.

- Responsible for receivables collections

- Candidate should have exposure of Lubricant Industry

- Candidate should have Area exposure of Pune.
