Looking for Regional Sales Manager for our logistics client in Gurgaon.
The company is a logistics company having different business verticals like Transportation (trucking), Cold Chain, Warehouse, Domestic Cargo and similar other businesses. This company is a start-up of less than 2 years which has grown almost everyday to expand its operations in about 50 cities within this time. It is a hugely funded organisation and the founders are from very rich academic background (IIT-IIM & IIT - Harvard) having worked with McKinsey & Company for a few years before their MBA and now creating history in the most unorganised sector in India.
The outline of the role is as follows:
Qualification: 2010-11 batch of MBA from IIM (B.Tech from IIT will be an added advantage) - flexibility available in batch for the right experience
Requisites:
- B2B sales experience
- High interpersonal skills,
- Ability to navigate through a tough discussion,
- High influencing skills
- Ability to handle a mid sized team and manage a $250 mn/year book

Locations: Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata
Industry Preference - Telecom, Insurance, New-age start-up in e-commerce
