Job Title / Designation : Regional Sales Manager

Job Description :

- Your focus as Regional Sales Manager will be on achieving sales and profit goals through Sales Opportunity Identification, Development and Deal closing. This will be achieved through close partnership with Minjar- S Account Teams, supporting them on Account planning and Opportunity Generation. Main focus (around 80% of time) is allocated to client engagement, deal development and closing.

- The Sales Manager is able to represent Minjar and Amazon Web Services value proposition to a mix of accounts, predominantly to CXOs and Business Leaders at Enterprise companies.

- You Develop new Multi Year Annuity opportunities and contract wins for the Amazon web services range. You are the expert on Cloud Solutions, ideally on AWS and leverages technical knowledge to develop and propose AWS solutions to clients.

Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate : Proactive client engagement and selling is expected :

- Master and sell the Minjar- S value proposition to clients.

- In depth understanding of solution offerings on AWS Technology expertise and Business value advantage selling are both critical components to succeed in the role.

- Performance is measured on exceeding defined sales targets & ability to have a technology based conversation resulting in the technology and business value selling. Building a trusted advisor relationship with CIO and primary sales focus is on owning the qualified Sales Opportunities and turning these with high conversation rate into deal wins based on the technology & business value selling skill sets.

- Engage with clients who are evaluating competitive solutions to demonstrate the benefit and value of AWS solutions.

- System sizing and TCO.

- Conduct technology demonstrations and white boarding sessions with clients as required to progress and close the deal.

- Ability to articulate pros & cons of design/architecture decision across a wide spectrum of factors - e.g. latency, storage, start-up/shutdown, etc.

- Understand the security approaches and client concerns around a cloud architecture and cloud based services.

- Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships with AWS.

- Achieve relevant certifications available from AWS.

- Manages the Opportunity Pipeline as part of our Pipeline tracking processes to reflect Pipeline progress & deal win rate progress.

Desired Skills and Experience :

- 4+ years of related experience in Technology selling Sales roles, in the Corporate Segment.

- Proven track record in driving deal development, deal closing and winning accounts.

- 2+ years of Cloud and Productivity solution selling experience - including AWS. In-depth knowledge of the Amazon web services portfolio and competing technologies, Infrastructure as a service (IaaS), PaaS, open sources technologies and the ability to elaborate the architecture for client solutions is preferred.

- Preferred: Completion of AWS technical/sales training & certification in relevant areas of technology, including: MCP/MCTS, MCSE, and more

- Bachelor's degree (B.E.) from four-year College or university; or related selling. MBA is preferred but not a must have. Experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required : 4 to 7 years
