Position : Regional Sales Manager - Healthcare Software Solutions

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 7 - 12 years of IT sales experience

Qualification : MBA / B.Sc.

Key Deliverables :

- Will be responsible for acquire strategic new customers primarily in the western India and also driving sales growth in the existing accounts

- Drives consulting approach to build solid customer relationships and meet revenue targets

- Will lead a small team of sales executive, pre-sales and service delivery in the organization.

- Is responsible for creating a winning approach that highlights the organization's unique capabilities in solving the need(s) or problem(s) at hand.

- The objective is to support the team to penetrate accounts in multiple areas - promote new solutions and services to existing business units, establish new revenue streams with new business units, as well as, maintain and grow established business streams within the account.

- Understanding the diverse industries and articulating the business value of the Healthcare solutions to business users

- Capturing and updating opportunities for the sales funnel

- Maintaining and building strong relationships with customers to increase customer satisfaction
