Job Description - This role will be responsible for:
- Manage sales of the company's products and services of all the three verticals :
- Wound Therapeutics, Ostomy Care and Continence and critical care in the region.
- Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.
- Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings
- Collaborate effectively with Channel partners.
The Successful Candidate:
- Must have at least 15 years related experience.
- The person should have high energy levels, strong people handling skills, excellent communication skills, a proven track record of growing business and excellent channel/distributor management.
