About our Client - Our client is a global leader in the devices industry. They have operations in over 20 countries and are looking to expand their cardio-vascular operations in India.

Job Description - Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Establish and achieve an annual sales and profit plan

- Develop and implement business strategies for the North region.

- Develop the market through planning and implementation of sales promotion techniques.

- Prepare monthly targets and allocate them to the team members.

- Create optimal organizational structure for increased sales coverage and productivity.

- Manage key accounts; drive and establish personnel relationships.

- Work closely with Marketing and Finance to drive up-sell opportunities and increase price realization.

The Successful Candidate - You have an MBA from a Tier 1 Business School with 8-12 years of experience in sales across the Medical devices industry. You will have a good understanding of the devices industry and have the ability to create strong relationships with the KOLs.
