Regional Sales Manager - General Trade - FMCG/Personal Care - IIM/XLRI

Urgently looking for Regional Sales Manager - General Trade - FMCG (Personal care) for Mumbai Location

Job Description:

- Responsible for General Trade business for entire West India.

- Ensure implementation of Sales strategies to deliver annual volume objectives of the area within allocated accounts

- Continuously monitor competitor activities, conduct competitor analysis, keep abreast of market trends

- Monitor the performance of distributor within the area. Identify issue and take action to deal with them

- Responsible for revenue generation and margin management

- Achieve primary and secondary sales ensuring effective distribution of Company’s products

- Reach out to new set of customers through expansion into new geographies and new market segment

- Recruiting competent sales people for his team

- Focus on all round development of sales team by training, continuously motivating, rewarding their performances and deal firmly with non-performances

Requirement:

- Education: MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing/Business from tier institute

- Experience: 4+ years of experience in Sales within FMCG (Personal Care) with West India Market experience

- Experience (preferably having exposure to Home and Personal care segment)

- Sales Management, Planning and Operational Skills

- Negotiation Skills

- Team Management is Must.
