One of our prestigious clients, one of the leading Importer & distributor of premium food & beverages brands, offering a wide range of high quality products in India is looking for Regional Sales Manager with experience in :  Reporting to the CEO, the Regional Manager would be :   - Driving sales and profitability numbers for The North and East regions   - Looking after support and administrative functions for the region   - Strong on sales, distribution, operations and able to plan for long term distribution strategy   - A strong people manager with past experience in managing large teams   - Experience in Institutional Sales and HORECA sales is mandatory  - Team handling experience is must.  Experience : 5 - 10 yr(s).  Salary: 12 - 15 Lac(s)  Location: Gurgaon  The ideal candidate would be a post-graduate from a Tier I/II MBA school and have 5+ years of experience across large FMCG organizations, with a preference for foods/beverages organizations.   - He / she would be excellent at (and have a track record in) consistently over-achieving sales numbers and charting successful growth strategies for different product lines. Technical soundness with people management skills would be ideal.   - Apart from an excellent package, you will be leading the sales plus administrative functions for the north, working with a dynamic team and some great brands in India.
