Regional Sales Manager - FMCG - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS - East

RSM - East (FMCG Organization)

Location - Kolkata

Reporting to - Sales Head

Reportees - Team of Area Sales Managers

Purpose of the Position : (Major purpose why this role exists in the organization)

This position is responsible for :

1 Developing the regional sales plan from the overall business strategy, targets and expenses budget and thereafter monitoring and analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions

2 Suggesting product packaging for better results, monitoring product performance and reviewing market trends

3 Implementing trade promotions by planning various promotional activities, tracking and evaluating trade spending

4 Planning manpower (ASM/SO)required in the assigned territory and monitoring their performance and impart trainings

5 Conducting monthly reviews, preparing required reports and taking corrective action

6 Ensuring collection of payments to eliminate outstanding

Educational Qualification Requirements -

MBA/PGDM - from Premier B-Schools (Full time)

Experience required :

6 - 12 years of total experience (Min 1 yrs. of East geography experience)
