Urgently looking for Regional Sales Manager - FMCG (confectionery and Coffee) for Mumbai Location  Job Description:  - Responsible for top line and bottom line.  - Responsible for handling entire western India (Modern, Institution, HORECA, GT) .  - Planning & Budgeting for Sales Targets.  - Closely managing and monitoring Working Capital.  - Develop and manage sales budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.  - Key Account Management; develop customized solutions for Key Accounts. Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.  - Manage entire Sales team and ensure smooth functioning of the department..  - Work closely with Shared Services for all extensive functional support required (IT, HR, SCM, Finance, etc.)  - Market and environmental scanning, advice on business trends and changes in the market place.
