Your key responsibilities as the Regional Sales Manager will include :
- Lead a team of managers to achieve their targets
- Train and motivate the team towards targets
- Creating strategies for achieving sales targets
- Planning and executing sales strategies
- Identify new markets and creating a place for the firm in the region
- Following up with leads aggressively
- Solicit feedback on product and services
Candidate Profile :
- Should have a proven sales record
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and understand the market dynamics, competition, and challenges
- Should be passed out from premium institutes or from good institutes
- MBA preferred
- Should be willing to travel extensively
- Travel or education sales experience will be an added advantage
- Great leadership skills and should be able to handle a team
