Regional Sales Manager - Education

We are currently retained by one of our clients which is based in South of India and offers great educational products. This company is looking for Regional Sales Manager for Bombay and Delhi region. Its a great opportunity for someone who wants to bring about social reform in education.

To qualify for this:

- You must have experience in Sales of having handled Education product or solutions to Schools or Colleges.

- Should have experience of handling teams spread across the state.

- Exceptional candidates from telecom / retail without experience in Education may also be considered

- Should be highly Target Driven with High Levels of Energy and passion for Sales

- Must have excellent spoken and written communication and presentation skills

- Must have the skills of mentoring and motivating people

Job Responsibilities :

- Formulate the business strategy for the region

- Develop Sales plan &execute the same in the assigned territory. Set Targets in line with the expectations of the Organization and motivate teams to achieve them.

- Team Handling.

- Responsible for the P&L of the Territory Assigned.

- Will also oversee the effective delivery of the program through the Trainers in the region in association with the Training Managers at HO

- You must be willing to visit institutions in semi urban areas and want to make a real difference to lives of students in rural and semi urban areas.
