Roles and Responsibilities :
- Generate business with new customers and explore market for new products
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Lead the team to achieve sales targets and formulate sales plan in accordance with company's long term goal
- Ability to negotiate with clients and a team player
- Manage key accounts and responsible for receivables and tax forms collection on time
- Formulate distribution strategy for the region to improve sales
- Ability to train and motivate agents and distributors
- A good understanding about the flavors/aroma industry and its application
Qualification :
U.G : B.Sc(chemistry)
PG : MBA-Any specialization (Marketing desirable)
- Knowledge of SAP environment preferred
